Recently relocated to the upstage with my family and new nothing of the area. After purchasing our home which was in need of many repairs we began contacting local companies to diagnose and provide solutions for us. I wish I call Dipple first it would have saved me a lot of time and money. From the first phone call to Dipple Jessica was a pleasure to work with very accommodating to our schedule and we found out that Dipple was more than just a plumbing company. They also offer professional electrical and heating and air-conditioning services which were all projects that I needed help with. I was able to get a technician for all three trades to our home within 24 hours!! Seems too good to be true, but it's true. Aaron, the electrician was great he quickly identified our problem areas and suggested the immediate services to keep my family safe and some additional services for us to consider further down the line, no pressure no sales just the facts. Adam, one of Dipples plumbers came next again very professional not salesy, he diagnosed our immediate concerns and offered solutions to repair just what needed to be done and then additional items that we can budget and save up for in the future. Last but not least Brian, with the heating and air department gave us great news. We thought our air conditioner was a lost cause, it was not. After a $25 part was installed we were back in business. Just an all-around great experience that I would highly recommend to everybody I speak too. And I am so glad that I found dipple plumbing electrical heating and air as I am now a lifetime customer for sure. Thank you to all the employees of Dipple and I hope that anybody reading this will give them a call
