Review content:
I wrote a review lambasting Coreair because they did not call me to let me know when they were planning to do my install. When the installer arrived they also got an earful. A call was made and the Owner showed up at my house within 20 minutes. He accepted responsibility for the lack of notification and told me he was truly sorry and that they would begin the install. About 6 hours into the install the installers ran into a problem. The compressor would not start. They rechecked everything and still could not get the compressor to kick in. Due to the fact that a family member has a condition that requires cooling they committed to not leaving until the A/C was fully functional. They discovered that the fault might be with a valve supplied by the manufacturer. A second lead installer was called in and arrived at my home. the 2 lead installers rechecked every part of the install and replaced the valve and the compressor started up supplying the house with A/C. It was a bit after midnight when they were finished. That's commitment!
