My major problem is with the billing. They have a discount for first time customers in that the portal-to-portal charge is $29.95 and regularly is $85.00.
In my view, that should be a charge that is ONLY applied if NO work is done on that visit. We paid nearly $400 for work done on ONE visit and the $85 portal-to-portal service charge was applied. I called the office and the charge was reduced because we were 1st time customer....but it should NOT have been charged at all since major work was completed, about which we were very happy. It was a double service charge.
I WILL not use this company again, and so stated, because of the portal-to-portal service charge and so stated.
