I thought it was a very good experience. I worked with a young salesman, Dave. He was good, and knew what he was doing, but he looked like a junior in high school. I told his manager that I would mentor him to get back within 24 hours to replies to questions. It would matter to them, I would think, because when a potential client is shopping around, companies reply quickly because they want business.
I thought the quality of the work from Core Air was excellent. The guys did a great job. I talked to my neighbor, who was looking for a new unit, and recommended them to him. They set me up with a competitive air conditioning unit with good reviews. They did a good job with the replacement and cleaned up and everything. They were friendly even though it was hot up in the attic.
