my renters had no air I told them to contact you because of my service contract the tech arrived and procecced to work on the problem
he had to flush out system which caused water to come through the ceiling of downstairs bath my tenants had to clean up with towels now I am told by said tenants that there is mold in that bathroom and water damage if this was caused by tech I would like someone to evaluate it because that is an expense to me
