Review content:
I used Angie's list to request a system inspection and then to service the unit as required. The inspection report said the unit was ok. No service was preformed. The unit was not operating very well and it was very dirty.
I was not happy and called for the 2nd visit.
The 2nd technican was outstanding. He explined the issues and cleaned the unit.
I was so pleased that I purchased a service agreement.
