Essa helped me out the last time I came in for an oil change, he really gave me exceptional service and was accurate in how long it was going to take for the work. He replaced my car key battery since it was dying and also helped follow up on some potential issues I might have with the car!
I will be coming back to this dealership to continue getting my routine work done for my car because Essa puts in a lot of work to make sure I am satified with the service and also seems to know what it going on with my car and things I should keep an eye out for. He also remembers me! That makes it faster and easier to get my stuff done because he already has background on my car and what I need done. Thank you Essa!
