Brittany, Amber and let's not forget Tracie are three of the most rudest things I've ever encountered on the phone. Everyone there except the three of them have been a joy. If it was my business I would fire them ASAP just for being so rude and disgusting on the phone. Their behavior is so unprofessional that there is no way they fit in with the rest of the staff which is loving and caring to both the pets and their owners Lorna is a doll along with many others but these three goons must go their phone ""etiquette"" belongs in a call center downtown off of Parsons Avenue not in an animal hospital in the heart of Westerville
