Review content:
I decided to try this salon after reading the wonderful reviews it had received. My stylist, a fairly new employee, was very nice but seemed very inexperienced. I had to wait about 15 minutes after my appointment time before he got started. Even though I was getting a color treatment he did not give me the opportunity to change into a colorsafe gown. Though we had a thorough consultation, the stylist proceeded to give me a very poor haircut and color unlike what we discussed. I went home to find my cut was uneven (I even had to have him fix a piece while I was at the register paying). My hair was suddenly dry, brittle, and in really bad shape. When I went back a couple of days later to complain they were great. They got me in that day to try to fix what the original stylist had done. 'Lee' was able to fix the color as well as give me a treatment to help with the dryness and brittleness. She evened up the cut as best she could and tried several styling techniques before I left. Though her advice was to just let it grow, she was at least able to make it tolerable while it does that. Thanks to her I do not feel like I look as bad, but I will never use the original stylist again, nor will I ever book an appointment with a 'newbie.'
