BAD Customer Service - great haircut. I've been to KAS 4 times and loved my haircuts with Lauren. I had to make appointments 4 weeks in advance, but it wasn't too much trouble to plan ahead. \r
They double booked my last appointment and didn't notice until 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Of course, I was already at the mall by then. They couldn't fit me in with my normal stylist (I was just getting a haircut - no color, ext. or anything). The soonest appt they could offer me was 5 weeks later. 5 weeks for their mistake. Not to mention that I had to call the manager. They didn't even apologize or anything.\r

I loved my stylist Lauren, too bad she works at a salon that providdes such HORRIBLE customer service.\r

There are plenty of other very good salons to choose from in that area.\r

I will not be going back.
