Ok, I guess after I write down my very honest review someone at Kathy Adams salon will come on here and reply to my review and try to, in their own words, justify their actions. Well, just like anyone on here I scoured the internet for more info about his hairsalon and after reading a couple I decided to give it a try. First of all when I called, the girl who answered was not very helpful in answering my questions and was not friendly at all. When I got to the salon, the same girl that had answered the phone was at the front desk, did not welcome me at all, but simply asked me for my name and appt, time. She was by no means friendly, warm, nor even happy to assist me. I sat down in the very tiny waiting area and was never greeted nor acknowledged. Another client also came in behind me and she was treated the same. I paid $63 for the haircut which was okay, nothing spectacular. If you are looking for a friendly, down-to-earth salon with reasonable prices, then I suggest you keep seaching because this place is definitely not it! In the meanwhile I will share my experience with anyone and everyone!
