I recently visited Office Depot to purchase ink for my printer. I was looking for a generic ink, and as I was searching for my printer's brand to compare, an employee came over to me to offer her assistance. She was very knowledgable on ink supplies, and was very nice to boot!
PROS: great service!
CONS: doesn't carry generic brands of ink for all printers :-(
