On 5/27/15, I purchased a new windshield from Skate's Auto Glass. Upon returning home, I noticed scratches in my new windshield. I called the business on 6/1/15 to inform them of the problem and was to return on 6/4/15 for a replacement. The staff acknowledged one of the scratches, however, the others were hard to see since I had washed the windshield that morning before I arrived at the business. The owner came out and started cursing, called me an ugly name, and stated, ""Sue me!"" ""Just go ahead and sue me if that's what you want to do!"" He did not even look at my windshield. My husband and I have been doing business with them for years without problems, however, we will never return since they did not replace my scratched windshield and cursed this customer.
