I had a personal experience about 6 or so month's ago where I ordered 1000 printed envelopes from Office Depot. I was told they would be in the store in about 7 days. Well, about 8 days after I ordered them I got a call saying they were in. I went into the store to find they were made wrong and i was told it would take another 7 days. I said that would be fine. Well, 10 days later I still hadnt gotten a call. I called and I was told that they showed they had been shipped in the computer. She offered to print me out personal business labels to put on some envelopes they would give me also since she knew I needed them. I went in and there was labels only....no envelopes...A few days later I still hadn't recieved a call. I drove in and wanted to know WHERE THEY WERE. They finally called and it seemed like my shipment had gotten lost and they weren't sure where they were. They made me wait another 3 days before they finally just reordered them.
