I'm writing this after an odd moment today at my favorite office supply store. I have no complaint about the products. This chain beats the heck out of Staples in selection and pricing across all varieties of computer and stationary offerings. I can walk the aisles of many Staples locations and the employees may pass by me a few times - the "may I help you" offering has been rare, except for when looking at the PCs.\r

But this is not about Staples. I took the time to drive out of my way to Office Depot location because I knew they would have rock bottom prices on Flash Drives and SD memory cards, which they did. Office Depot's aisle help has always been available and exceptional - one of the last of the proactively helpful in retail. The clerk this night told me the items I wanted were at the cash register. \r
