State Farm -Theresa Miley's office on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo SC. This office is quite possibly the worst office I have ever dealt with. The way they treat policy holders is completely appalling. I was with them for over 10 years and then when I got married, brought my husband over for the past 5-6 years. My husband is currently deployed in Afghanistan, and this office was WELL AWARE of that situation. Guess it is completely acceptable to cancel a policy on a DEPLOYED VETERAN who is serving their country. And that so called cancel was based on two claims that were LESS than $1,000. State Farm cares more about MONEY than they do MILITARY!!!!!! Have made SEVERAL mistakes, and will not do anything to fix their mistakes. No use in asking for anyone in "real management" because their so called office manager (Sarah) is just a snotty girl with an attitude who likes to throw around she is a licensed agent. But she cant even process information over correctly and admit when she makes a mistak
