Review content:
I took my car here because the tire went completely flat. My lug nuts were striped due to too much wear, and were difficult to remove. So the manager called NAPA in town and had them bring us some new lug nuts. This was without my permission. After waiting an HOUR for the stupid lug nuts to arrive, they slapped them on my car with the spare and tried to charge me 20 dollars. I understand that lug nuts cost money, but I wanted my TIRE FIXED, not new lug nuts. So I said, "you're going to charge me 20 dollars for new lug nuts." and he said yeah. So i told him to just take the new ones off so i could leave. he slams out of the door, and says "i asked you five Fuc*ing times if you wanted new lug nuts." He comes back in to tell me that my car is done and i ask him if treats all of his customers like this. his says no, just the ones that are jackasses. That's right, he called a customer a jackass. Not only was I unsatisfied with the service, but i was disrespected, and insulted. Neve
