My brother bought a calculator for his 1st time high school son. He is currently underemployed in construction as are so many. I am a high school teacher and when I found out he had spent $130.00 for a calculator, I gave him one from my school at Illiana Chistian High. Within 36 hours, he tried to return it to your store and was told since it was open, he could not return it and should have read the back of his receipt. I believe this is very bad business and at the very least should have a restock fee or do a better job at telling customers either with signs or a checkout. After 2 trips and phone call, they were offered store credit. As a 25 year educator, I can tell you the biggest mistake you can make is lack of communication. OH! Where has customer service gone? Former customer, Ms. Debra J. Kamp
