Beware this Office Depot location. I purchased a laptop there for my wife and they talked me into the extra $200.00 for the extended two year warranty. Well, about 23 months into the deal the thing quit working. Took it back and got the runaround. \r
Took it back week later got charged $150.00 plus more runaround. The $150.00 was for them to repair it as they said the insurance wouldn't pay. It still wasn't right and that's where I get into it with the manager. That girl couldn't keep her story straight from one minute to the next but convinced me to spend $45.00 more for the recovery disk from Toshiba and when I get them she says they will fix the laptop for another $150.00. One of the techs overhears this and stops me before I leave (after Toshiba has my credit card for the disk) and informs me that IS NOT going to fix this laptop because it is a hardware issue. He said he was the one that worked on it to start with. He then tells me there is no reason the extended warranty should not
