Review content:
I went into this location a month ago to replace my scanner. I had not a clue what I was doing. The salesman was very helpfull. He saw me struggling reading all the tags and shacking my head. I told him exactly what I had and come to find out it was the first multi printer made. It scans, prints, and copies. I explained that I wanted the samething that I had he said it was not made anymore however we have this model. Well he told me all the good points and bad. He also showed me a few other styles. The prices were a little high. After I explained to him what I wanted it for he said I could buy a much cheaper version and it had a mail in rebate that made it a great price. He payed attention to me and my needs as well as talked on my level not in computer over my head talk. Then when I took it to the cashier she reminded me about the rebate and explained how to do it.
