Watch out for these guys. The fan failed to turn on when the AC was activated. A tech came out and proceeded to criticize my home because it was a new "track" home. He said that the home manufacturer used the cheapest material for items that are not visible (My track home cost well over 1M) even though every other tech and inspector that had to inspect the home said it was a top notch job. Anyway, the tech said the furnace fan's motor wasn't running because my furnace was so cheap. He said I needed to replace the motor and it would cost $800. He said I should just replace the entire furnace since the gov. is giving a $1500 tax break. Replacing a furnace would cost me $3000 and it would be worth it since its such a "cheap" furnace. Well, I didn't trust this guy and got another estimate. The new tech said the Lennox furnace I have is rated as one of Consumer Digests top picks and one of the better furnaces. To top it off, the fan's motor wasn't broke. It was the capacitor(a ch
