I am a service tech looking for work and had an interview with nrg first week in 2011 with a Martin at the canoga park location.During this interveiw I was shocked to hear him ask me if I could make a sale after the customer said no to any needed repairs to their hvac unit. He also mentioned to me that its not about fixing the hvac unit but how much money I could get out of the given customer from the service call and how many service calls could I get done in a single day. I will not work for this company. This is a dishonest co. If you need a honest referral you can email me, good luck
