I want to thank you for your rapid response to my call for help when my new house heater was not performing correctly- I have found your company to be professional with a sincere desire to help your customers.
I especially want to praise the quality of help you have. Your technicians, Tony and Alex, made the whole process a pleasant one. They were very professional and exhibited an earnest desire to please and get the job done. It was a pleasure to have them.
