My first experience with NRG was several years ago when a competitor told me my A/C was shot. I had NRG give me a second opinion. They said the unit was old and cheap, but was running exceptionally well.\r
This spring, enticed by the rebates and tax credits, I solicited bids. NRG was a the best bid, and promised to do a great deal more work.\r
The NRG people were exceptionally professional and accommodating. The listened to my concerns and went out of their way to do every thing I asked. The point of sales person, the office person, the tech and the installers were all top notch.\r
They replaced ever piece of the A/C system, with the exception of the two copper pipes running between the outside and inside unit. They built a substantial new floor in the attic and even extended the floor to the attic stairway. The new ducts were well sealed and each new vent in the house was caulked both inside and out.\r
