Great company, very nice people altogether.
I just got a baby boy (exactly 2 months ago) and, because the winter's coming, I can't allow drastic temperature changes in my home.
I have had a lot of problem's with my central AC in the last few years. the heat pump used to die on me every 3 months, hot or cold. Contractors were there fixing it every time, charging me hefty sums every time.
After changing a dozen contractors, I called NRG and they were actually the first contractors I've had so far which didn't overcharge and taken advantage of a single mother fixing her home.
It's been a couple of months since and the AC's been holding up. If it brakes down on me again, I'm taking some stars off. So far, a full five star rating for NRG.
