January this year I had a problem with my central air unit so I started looking contractor profiles and reviews online. NRG was one of the companies I contacted and because they've given me much better quote than others ($60 vs. $110-4000+) I called them in to take a look.
The people who came were very professional and upbeat. They've fixed the thermostat (others told me I would need to replace a bunch of other parts as well) on the spot and I haven't really had a problem with it ever again.
After a month I got a followup call from the same guy asking if everything still works fine, and that's why I am more than happy to write this 5 star review. Great company, knowledgeable and respectful people, perfect customer service.
