Parked here recently and came back to find that the person parked beside me had sideswiped the hell out of my car and drove right out of the lot like nothing happened. A very nice lady who worked there came over and took some photos and reassured me it would be ok. Now not only did I have to track down the manager of this place for a while week to discuss this, but then he sent his secretary or something to deliver the BS to me. Apparently they have no insurance for this type of thing in any of their lots (oh yes they own ExpressPark too so don't park there either). That's just ridiculous considering how many cars use their lots! Ohh and they have no surveillance cameras anywhere on their lots either! Again ridiculous! So after a BS speech from someone there they are claiming zero liability for some D-Bag causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my car! No insurance, no surveillance.... Nothing..... It's a joke of a business.... Oh and the little scheme of taking pics to make you feel like it will be taken care of us a very sneaky little move. They just need you off their lot. The drivers are nice people and do a good job but the business itself is amateur. I'll take my business down the street in the future to the insured lots with cameras.
