I purchased my last tires at this location 2 years ago and had been going there on a regular basis for free tire rotation & balance. In the last year, the service person that I dealt with left and every time that I went someone always tried to sell me additional and unnecessary services. At the last visit, the service person not only tried to convince me NOT to rotate my tires b/c he thought I should leave my good tires in the rear even though it's a front-wheel drive vehicle. Doesn't that also mean that I would have voided the protection plan that I purchased from them if I didn't properly maintain my tires by having them rotated??! When I declined to leave them as is and requested the free service, he then tried to upsell me on new brakes and new tires to the tune of over $600 (I had just gotten my brakes checked 3 months prior during an oil change at my dealership and the brakes were in good condition). From "free" visit to over $600 of services I did not need. I won't be back ever
