I took my dog in today at 11:00 A.M. I told them that i needed him to be done by 3:00 P.M. and they said he would be finished. I did not get a call from them by 3 so i called at 3:05 I spoke to one of their staff and she was very rude and making excuses. I then asked to speak to the owner and she was very rude to me, she was yelling. blaming it on all her workers and saying it was not her fault. At that point i felt uncomfortable by the situation and decided to pick up my dog. 4 hours is more than enough time to get a bath and nails clipped. when i had arrived there, they were rushing and there were 4 people working on my dog. of course the dog is anxious and nervous, hes bound to nip. the owner started to yell and tell us how terribly trained the dog was. considering she's an expert in the industry she should have been able to control the dog, her temper, and the situation. i will never go back there again and i would NOT reccommend this place of business to anyone.
