Well there really isn't any choice in the matter, but we've had a few problems. \r

Overall they get the water there, and do what they are suppose to. \r
\r
However, there is a lot of red tape. Before we bought a home we had a mess on our hands with getting service on.. After we bought a home in the area, we had to pay a $300 deposit. Apparently this is always required.\r

Someone else had the same last name and a similar one to my husband and all of a sudden their balance showed up on OUR bill. I didn't think they could do it but they did. They pinned us with an extra $125. \r

They even came to turn off our service over it. After a lot of convincing and proof, they got it straight, but it was a mess.\r

The office is clean, ample parking, customer service is hit or miss. Depends if your paying or late or cut off. \r

The location is not great for people who live at the other end of the county. However they got the online payment system up and going now which helps a lot.\r
