Eric with AmeriSpec Inspection Services was pretty amazing. He walked me through each thing he was inspecting, and told me if it was compliant and if not, what I should do. He was on time and very professional. Also, he was very respectful of my time, and because of his efficient work we finished about 30 minutes earlier than expected.
For the report, he provided me with a big binder that was very thorough. The priorities were in the front and everything else was behind it, which made things very easy for me. I was able to use the information he gave me to make the necessary changes, and I got the seller to pay for most of it.
I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away by his knowledge and he went beyond what I was hoping for. The cost was very much worth it, and I had a great experience.
