It's good to be able to take your vehicle or a vehicle in the family to a place where you know stuff is taken care of. Simple stuff like an oil change where you know the fill-cap is gonna be put back on right and you're not gonna find footprints on the floor-mats or handprints on the door's interior or steering wheel...they do it right. The lobby is always clean and the folks there are always nice and courteous. Listen to phone calls next time you're in. This shop knows how to take care of people and cars. It's a simple model - they've nailed it.
