Very sloppy job on my Custom Framing order. I was initially annoyed at the glass shards inside the frame presumably from the preservation glass. I have since taken my Degree to another place to have it framed correctly, and was told by the Framer there that the matting used at Michaels was unacceptable. According to him the matting used was decorative and not archival and would after two or three years, thanks to the acid in the matting either brown or burn my document. The deep scores into the back of the frame were also off-putting, so I decided to scrap that and start again. This cost just too much money for an amateurish framing job.
