Review content:
I was a very frequent shopper at Michael's, but I recently refuse to return. I was treated very rudely by the manager when applying for a job, I was told straight up that they thought I was a snobby socialite housewife who just wanted to work there for the discount. Which couldn't be farther from the truth. I have a high GPA from a top private university and didn't mention the discount once in the interview. This reaction was based on my appearance (I dressed up for the interview) and I wasn't given a chance to back myself up before they sneered me out the door. The manager also told me that serving customers was their least priority, and that she thought customers were annoying and an interruption to her work. Their products rival a store nearby, and if they're that rude then I will gladly bring my business where it is appreciated.
