Terrible! I was just there and nobody is running this store! An employee named James yelled very loudly at a woman who wanted to return something. He was furious with her. I never heard her say a word to him, probably because she was afraid. He told her to "get out of my face and out of my store." After she left, he unloaded on another employee named Chris who looked like someone pulled him out from under a train wreck. If I had seen this employee on the street, I would have been worried for my safety. The two of them stood in the middle of the store with all the customers hearing every word, and started cursing at each other. James was obviously the aggressor and has some MAJOR issues! Before I ran out the door, I heard James tell Chris very loudly, "You don't know sh*t!" If I had a child with me, I would have been furious. These two don't belong anywhere near the customers. I have the corporate headquarters phone number and will be calling them.
