I am a valued customer when it comes to Michaels, but this takes the cake. Why would someone so valuable to the corporation yell at their associates on the floor in front of its customers? Why would a manager do such a thing? I have also witnessed the assistant manager Sandi speak horrible things about co workers. What type of business is this? WHO in the business treats their employees like garbage? Working as a team is what is required in any type of business and when it comes to keeping a peaceful athmosphere this Fremont Store is one of the most horrible stores that I have ever shopped at due to the inappropriate demeanor that Management has shown not just to me, but a line of customers who feel the same way as I. Until that store manager gets informed about her conduct and also the assistant manager, I will NOT shop at michaels anymore. Jo Annes is my place until Management Learns how to keep things behind closed doors.
