If you do get a fabulous coupon to save on some arts and crafts, just make sure you bring your most comfortable shoes and a mind set of calmness because you will be waiting in the longest most ridiculous lines you have ever seen. There is no need for it, especially when you are standing right outside the office doors and can here them chit chatting away with no regards to their customer service. I have been sick about this for at least 3 years now and have been forced to go to the burbank store ( which is larger ). When I am trapped and have to go in, it's always the same ole thing. Longest lines ever with employees in a daze that don't care too much! A sad sad store.
