I've had a few awful experiences with Best Buy. First of all, I brought my computer to them because it had a virus, and I knew they could clean and remove the virus. I paid about 200 dollars, and about a month after I got the computer, the same exact virus was still in the computer. I brought it back 6 times and each time, nothing was done. The last time I took it back home from the store, my computer wouldn't even turn on. My friend who's excellent with computer fixed the coputer in less than 5 minutes, and it works PERFECTLY now. Also, I had bought a protable CD player from this store, and about a week after I bought it, it stopped working. When I went to return it, the workers gave me a hard time, because apparently, the ink on the recepit was not visible. I would NEVER EVER recommend this store to ANYONE. Also, I noticed that most of the employees don't do anything-they just wander around the store pretending to work, cnoversing with the other employees. The only positive
