I am not kidding, I have NEVER EVER been treated so rude as I was last night by Jodie at Manager here, I spent $300 on framing of family paintings the painting fell down inside the glass, so we brought them all back in, first thing she said " Well what did you do to them?" She was snotty, rude, low class, and not once said I'm sorry this happened! We were in awe of how we were being treated, thank god we learned how they treat people, we were about to have our school art program start using them! OMG Thanks goodness they didn't get our thousands of dollars! She wanted to refund me $50 out of $300 on a giftcard!!!!! I'd NEVER return there again, she said well call my boss Steve then! Geez...in all my years of retail shopping I've never been treated like a criminal, we will be sure to tell everyone we know NOT to ever go back there again.
