Our daughter bought us a digital frame from this Best Buy (Store 191 in Sugarland). We tried to return the frame so that I could buy an MP3 Player. \r \r We were refused the exchange because they could not find the receipt by using our daughter's phone number. We were told that no sales were made without the phone number. Too bad, so sad.\r \r Funny, thing, though. We went ahead and bought the MP3 Player. Not only did they not get our phone number for the purchase, they didn't get any information. Lier Lier Pants on Fire!\r \r We called the 800 number for Best Buy and they were friendly and helpful. They actually called the store and were also told too bad so sad. The 800 number customer service told us to try another Best Buy. Each store has the right to chose how they set policies and help customers. This Best Buy doesn't care.\r \r Tip of the day: Find another Best Buy store in Houston/Sugarland.
