In February went into the Best Buys, which by the way should change it's name because Wal-mart out price them on a lot of the same items, to have my laptop serviced because I was told by Toshiba that Best Buys is an authorized dealer for them. I was refused service because I didn't have a receipt where I had purchased my laptop from them. What is worse is this information came from one of the managers. It shouldn't matter that the laptop wasn't purchased from them. That is not a requirement. I contacted Toshiba and complained about the treatment I received and they told me that should not have happened.\r \r Today 4/10/09 I went in to buy a charger adapter for my laptop. One of the Geeks came out to assist me and showed me one that cost about 109.00 and I told him I didn't want to spend that much. The clerk said that I couldnt get one any cheaper than that and I told him that he is incorrect because I just left a store selling it for 89.99 and his remark was "fine then" and walked away f
