Several years ago I bought a laptop from Best Buy for my husband who was deploying to IRAQ. I also purchased several hundred dollars worth of extras-including and a 3 year warranty. Upon his return home we took the laptop to a Best Buy in NC who told us to call Hewlitt Packard because they have a military support department. We did that and were told to take it back to the store we bought it on, have them remove the hard drive, because of sensitive data that was stored on it and Best Buy could still be able to find out what went wrong with the laptop. I took the laptop up and was treated horribly. The "Geek Squad" rep told me I had to purchase another harddrive for 250$ - I asked for his manager and was told she was in a meeting. Upset and furious I demanded he find her, so she came up obviously bothered that I had an issue with requesting to speak to her ( I thought I was the customer?) I had informed her of what Hewlitt Packard support told me, providing her my ticket # and who
