I went here to get some accessories for a camera that I had bought from a different Best Buy. I waited around for someone to help me, and when the guy came he didn't even say hi to me or ask me to wait, he just went over to help someone else (who had arrived after me). Finally after waiting more he came to help me. I told him I needed a memory card and carrying case, and that I would also like to look at an extra battery. He didn't know what kind of battery or memory card my camera used, so I waited and looked at the bags while he went to look it up on his computer. He came back and told me that they don?t have any of the battery in stock, so when I asked him if there was a store that did have it he said he had no idea. I asked him if he could look it up and was told no. I have shopped with Best Buy many times and every single associate I have worked with has been able to look it up, but since I was in a hurry I just asked him to show me the memory cards.
