I wasted 2 hours of my time in the Rockville store. First, it seems as though you have to practically beg people to help you, the staff there does not seem interested in working. Then when I was finally able to get someone to assist me, the guy sold me on an Insignia 46" flat screen t.v. After 1 1/2 hours of going around looking at t.v.'s going over the pros and cons of each, me telling him that I needed 2 of those t.v.'s, when we get to the register for me to pay, he jacks the prices up on each! He said that for the 2 tv's they would be an additional $200 for each!!! It turns out for the last 1 1/2 he had been quoting me the wrong price for the tv's and said there was nothing he could do so I asked for a manager. The manager was no help at all, he was rude and left me standing in the middle of the store for 30 minutes and the salesman left me there too. I was there with my family and we were appalled to say the least. This is supposed to be a store in a high end area like Rockville an
