Following was posted to the Internet today. I am prepared to revise this posting if a satisfactory response is received from Best Buy's customer care.\r \r I purchased the Stiletto 2 Sat radio for my son's birthday from bestbuy on December 9th 2007. 1st of all it was not the best buy. It costs 20% more than I could have gotten it for at most online vendors. I was going to buy from Amazon, but I paid more from Best Buy because I wanted to treat my son to a satellite radio 'advanced' installation from the Geek Squad and the delivery was guaranteed to be received before my son's birthday December 14th.\r \r I was going to order from Best Buy's website, but it didn't specify if the install required you to also buy a kit or if it was included in the $79 price. Big mistake. The gal who answered told me that the kit was included and she would call the Geek squad and register the order so that installation would be expedited. What a load of malarky.
