Wow, this store is truly amazingly bad in a multitude of ways. I went to purchase a basic car stereo this past week. I chose a $100 model, agreed to pay their inflated installation price of $50, and made an appointment for the next day at 2:00.\r \r When I got there at 2:10 that day, the installation technician was out to lunch, but I was told he would be back in a few minutes. At 3:00, he showed up with a huge bag of sushi, accompanied by a friend who was just hanging out with him. I pulled my car around to the garage and waited for them to open the door. They looked at me through the glass and told me to come around to the in-store entrance.\r \r My wife had to work at the hospital at 5pm, so I asked how long the install would take. I figured about 30 minutes, since the mounting kit was already installed, and all he would have to do would be to switch out the decks.
