I recently bought a new TV for my family, as a gift to my husband and our children. The contractor we hired to mount the TV, told us to go to best buy and get our TV, and he would install it. the first one I brought home was destroyed, the box looked OK but it was shattered, the second one we looked at and it seemed to be OK. After he mounted the TV and turned it on, you could see white behind the black on one side of the screen, which he said it was not normal, and the led TV looked slightly bent. Another trip to best buy and they would not let us exchange or return the item, not even the extended warranty, which we don't need on a broken TV. Somehow it was our fault because best buy did not deliver and install the TV and only we have brought back two broken TV's. Obviously the damage was caused by miss handling. Best buys corporate would not do anything for us either, even though i spent our savings on this gift and offered to pay for the install and delivery but they would not do an
