Review content:
I had purchased a new TV from the Best Buy store in Watertown, MA, and to my dismay brought it home to find that the picture had a noticeable shadow image. Hence, I brought the product back to the store to be exchanged. Upon arrival at the store, I asked for assistance with unloading the TV from my car, and was told to pull up in front of the store. I did so, but the store's employees merely waited within the entryway to the store and watched as I struggled with getting the TV out of my car. When I asked for help, they replied nonchalantly that they could not leave the store. \r

Once I had brought the TV inside, I was told that the TV had to be inspected before any exchange could take place. Laurence from the Geek Squad conducted the inspection, and was aboslutely RUDE - he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the picture, and said things like "I don't know what's wrong with your eyes", and asked me sarcastically "have you ever owned a TV before". \r
