It's a little frustrating you want to spend money and there is NO help available. I finally received assistants from a sales person from another department. After giving my credit card, I decided to try investigate prices at another store. They voided the sales, but it is still on my card 1 week later!\r

I called the store and was transfered several times and no one could find the transaction. They asked me to call my credit union to get more info. This is confusing to me since they initiated the transaction. Not happy with this and will not shop there again!
