I bought a christmas garland that I assumed could easily be ret urned because all stores do so in this day and age. But unfortunately, I lost my receipt but all the tages and everything were in place without question and they refused to take back because it is a seasonal item but the season isn't over and you would think that customer appreciation would go a little way??? I can't and don't understand how they wouldn't even give me a store credit???? I do have my cc statement but that wasn't sufficient enough. I will never ever buy from there again I will go to Joann Fabrics and everywhere else----I will tell all my friends and family the same because not for nothing but being a loyal customer wasn't enough, if I had at least gotton the store credit I would have obviously bought more things from their store so they wouldn't have lost any money!!! this doesn't make any sense to me. I own my own business and always work with my customers this is how I've stayed in business all these yea
